TPG

The DBH Agency is a student-led marketing and public relations agency at San Jose State University. In Winter 2021 we took part in EdVentures Partners (EVP) program. EVP partners clients with academic institutions to address marketing, communications, social causes, sales, and other business-related challenges.

 

The partnered client for Winter 2021 was TPG Inc. which offers services in assisting businesses’ customer experience (CX) and advisory through the use of technology, speech analytics, and human intelligence. TPG was the first services firm to offer these kinds of quality assurance services. TPG is #1 when it comes to a third party assurance CX assistance and interaction management for Fortune 500 businesses. They’ve been serving Fortune 1000 businesses for 25 years.

Problem

TPG Inc. asked participating to conduct research and to develop marketing to attract the ideal candidate for one of their positions.

Work

Our team at the DBH Agency approached the problem first by understanding who TPG Inc. is, what they do, their mission, what they offer, and what they want. We conducted our initial research for candidates by looking at existing employees and previous employees for their qualifications and experience. Next, we researched our targeted audience by conducting surveys and creating personas. Finally, we analyzed the results from our research and crafted a marketing campaign that would attract our targeted audience.
